I'm really happy when I first visited last January, this dental clinic is squeaky clean! They provide OR caps, slipper/foot covers, alcohol before stepping in. I love the OC-ness, it's a must! the best part of course are the couple Doctors ❤️ been attended by Dr. Frenz and Dr. Shei. I have found new amazing dentists really, minimal to no pain on all treatments I have done so far. I'm thankful! and the receptionists are pretty and attentive, plus the dental assistants as well are courteous and caring. finding a local dental clinic with 5 star service is rareeee. glad to have found DODC!😊😁

I'm grateful to have found this clinic who took really good care of my 72-year-old mother.Their customer service is accommodating, answered all my queries, gave updates and reminded us of followups. They treat their patients like celebrities as soon as you enter their clinic and the technology they have is one of the best we have ever seen. My mother said she felt comfortable and at ease under the gentle hands of her dentist. "Ang gaan ng kamay" - her exact words. She's so happy with the service, she hugged them right after the procedure. Ever since we found this clinic, she's been looking forward to the next checkup as if finding joy to what used to be something she has been so hesitant to do.

Both Dr. Frenz and Dr. Sheila are the best. They are also good with kids. We already tried 2 dentists to convince my grandkids to treat their aching teeth but it was really hard. We decided to let Doctors Ocariza try to treat them They were able to pacify them and treat them without any fear of being hurt. But yesterday, since sinama ako ng friend ko na regular client na dito sa clinic, sinubukan ko na lang magpa cleaning ng ngipin since andon nadin naman ako. I was so amazed even bago pumasok ng clinic pa lang: may pa sanitizer, hair net and shoe cover. And the moment you step in you were greeted by wonderful receptionists na bukod sa friendly na eh ang gaganda pa, lakas maka hotel vibes / spa din ng receiving area nila. Isa pa sa pinaka nagustuhan ko ang bango bango pagpasok pa lang. Hehe
Anyways, entrance pa lang yan at receiving area, can you imagine how much more pag nasa mismong dental station kana? (Need not say more😉)

Had an impacted wisdom tooth removed and had a great experience with Dr Jej. She was able to explain the procedure well before the surgery. During the surgery she was sensitive to how I was reacting and offered anesthesia even if I didn’t ask for it. After the surgery, she also explained the after care procedure.
The dental assistant was great too. She made me feel comfortable the whole time. 2.5 hours of surgery is no joke, but I would do it all over again because of the wonderful service.

Highly recommended! I am really afraid of dentist (one of my greatest fear!) and for almost 15 years now lang ako ulit nag visit sa dentist for tooth extraction. After the procedure, all my fears were gone!

As usual, Doc Frenz’s hands were light as a feather and I didn’t feel a thing during the procedure. Super efficient as always. 👍🏼
Ended the visit with free masks and a proper mist to send me off clean and sanitized.

I highly recommend the services of Doctors Ocariza dental clinic. Many people cannot believe that we travel from Alabang all the way to Valenzuela, Bulacan for all our dental needs. The answer is simple... the whole experience and atmosphere at their clinic is filled with positivity and care. As soon as you walk in, you are greeted with a caring and efficient staff that make you immediately feel at home. When you sit on one of their many dental chairs, you feel comfortable as though you were at home. Once, either Dr. Frenz or Dra. Shiela works on you, you know you are in good hands. I am one person that gets nervous when I go to the dentist but all fears are eradicated once they start working on me. They are very professional at the same time very warm and caring as they explain every step of what they are doing making you feel comfortable and safe in their hands. Lastly, I would like to mention that their equipment is state of the art! So trust me when I say, Doctors Ocariza Dental Clinic is one of the best out there and is definitely worth my effort to go there.
